Dear Customer — At the Grizzly Hackle Fly Shop we make sure you get what you want and need. For the last 10 years we have given a 100% satisfaction guarantee on everything we sell. Our customers love it! Here are a few examples you will like:

• If the fly line you purchase from us does not cast just right, we will get you the one that will.
• If you wade in your new wading shoes and they just don’t feel right, we will give you 100% credit toward the size or style that does feel good.
• Even further, if you buy a fly rod and do not like it after fishing it, the same 100% satisfaction policy applies — we will find the fly rod you love to fish!

Whatever product you buy from us, we stand behind it. If for some reason we can not find the perfect product or you change your mind on your purchase, we will give you a 100% refund, less applicable incurred shipping costs.
