CURRENT REPORT
Rock Creek is still big, but has dropped over the last few days and cleared up slightly. Still too big to wade safely, so fishing from the bank is your best option. Big stonefly nymphs in anictipation of salmonflies will be the ticket. Try Pat's Rubberlegs, DB Stones, or TJ Hookers. San Juan Worms, Wooly Buggers and Prince Nymphs will also be good to have handy. Streamers like Sparkle Minnows and Dungeons will be good streamers to bring along.
Looking Forward
We are anxiously awaiting salmonflies on Rock Creek. Nothing yet, but stock up now to be ready for the big bugs! Here sooner than later!
